Each software module has been developed by our in-house tech team to meet real needs in the coordination, planning, and optimisation of logistic flows. All components communicate seamlessly with each other and with existing company systems, ensuring a coherent, integrable, and customisable IT/OT ecosystem.

NAVARCO – Fleet Management System

NAVARCO is the fleet management software developed by Eureka System to coordinate, plan, and monitor the entire HELKO fleet in real time. It assigns missions, calculates optimal routes based on dynamic constraints, and manages battery charge status.

Fully integrable with MES, ERP, and WMS systems via APIs, NAVARCO is customisable to suit specific needs and is also suitable for mixed AMR fleets.

Map Editor – Path, areas, and rules configuration

The Map Editor enables the creation and modification of the navigation layout for HELKO AMRs, dynamically managing routes, special navigation zones, interaction points, and operational constraints, including multi-floor environments.

Every change is synchronised in real time with the fleet and the NAVARCO system. This tool is fully developed in-house and can be completely customised to fit your layout.

Fleet Lookout – Telemetry monitoring and analysis

Fleet Lookout collects and analyses all data from HELKO AMRs: real-time status, telemetry, mission outcomes, alarms, and performance metrics. It features a graphical mission replay function for diagnostics.

Fully integrated and customisable, it is designed for facilities where flow traceability and continuous improvement are essential.

ROS 2 Navigation for towing industrial carts

HELKO AMRs feature an advanced autonomous navigation system with dual technology: natural navigation via Lidar and sensors, combined with high-precision optical positioning for cart docking and complex manoeuvres.

Developed in ROS 2 by our partner Proxima Robotics, the navigation system is fully adaptable and configurable to suit any operational layout, ensuring safe and reliable movements at all times.

TALOS – AI for AMR mission optimisation

TALOS is the AI module designed for the smart planning of AMR missions. It combines constraint-based algorithms with Bayesian models to optimise task timing, load distribution, and robot movements.

Ideal for managing High-Mix Low-Volume (HMLV) production and assembly processes, TALOS adapts production flows in real time based on incoming orders — even in the absence of a MES system.
